Reservation Policy

Meadowlark Ridge is a non-smoking establishment.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, incense, or open flames inside the house.

Meadowlark Ridge does not allow pets inside and does not provide facilities for pets.

If traveling with pets please make arrangements for their boarding prior to arrival.

Children under 10 years old are delightful but are not allowed to stay at Meadowlark Ridge.

Breakfast is normally served at 8:30 am but may be adjusted to suit your schedule.

Any dietary restrictions must be communicated to the manager at least 5 days in advance of arrival.

Please note that guests are not allowed in the kitchen at any time.

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out Time: 11:00 am.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high/low seasons.

The rates shown are for 2025-2026. Any reservation beyond December 2026 is subject to rate increases.

Reservations will not be accepted less than 24 hours before arrival.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation,

please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

All cancellations are subject to a twenty dollar ($20) processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to arrival.

If the reservation is canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the start of the reservation,

the reservation is refundable minus the twenty ($20) processing fee.
